Palit ha sviluppato una propria soluzione abbastanza originale, introducendo sia un sistema di raffreddamento differente da quello della reference board NVIDIA sia una circuiteria di alimentazione della scheda a 3 fasi.
Come si può notare dall'immagine sopra il sistema di raffreddamento ha un ingombro superiore a quello della reference design di NVIDIA, per questo motivo la scheda grafica proposta da Palit richiede l'utilizzo di ben due Slot sulla scheda madre.
La parte centrale è costituito da un dissipatore dalle generose dimensioni di colore blu ed abbinato ad una ventola integrata che soffia aria sulle alette di raffreddamento, inoltre sono stati montati altri dissipatori sui chip memoria così da raffreddare direttamente anche questi.
A diretto contatto con la circuiteria di alimentazione troviamo un dissipatore di calore passivo, mentre frontalmente è stata montata una staffa a 2 Slot identica a quella fornita con le altre schede video della serie GeForce 8800.
La circuiteria di alimentazione a 3 fasi permette di assicurare una superiore stabilità di funzionamento, stando a quanto dichiarato dal produttore, contribuendo inoltre a contenere la temperatura di funzionamento complessiva della scheda.
